Gippsland line ~ rail replacement coaches this weekend

Gippsland line ~ Coach replacements ~ Sat & Sun 20-21 Nov 

Due to track works between Oakleigh and Springvale, coaches will replace Traralgon trains between Southern Cross Station and Dandenong. Bairnsdale services will operate as a coach for the entire journey.

Traralgon services

Will run as a coach between Southern Cross Station and Dandenong, and a train from Dandenong to Traralgon.

Please allow an extended travel time of up to 50 minutes for your journey.

Bairnsdale services

Rosedale, Sale, Stratford and Bairnsdale train services will be replaced by coaches for the entire journey to and from Melbourne. Coaches will continue to connect to Lakes Entrance, Narooma, Maffra and other timetabled locations.

Please allow an extended travel time of up to 50 minutes for your journey.

General Information

The Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street.

Flinders Street Station on Flinders Street opposite Degraves Street.

If boarding at Clayton, catch a Metro replacement bus to Dandenong and transfer to a V/Line service.

Coaches do not pick up at Richmond Station so customers should take a Metro train to Caulfield or Flinders Street Station.

No checked luggage.
