Track works - Gippsland line

Buses to partially replace Gippsland trains

Saturday 20 – Sunday 21 October

Due to track works, buses will replace all trains between Melbourne and Traralgon/Bairnsdale on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 October.

Please allow an extended travel time of up to 50 minutes for your journey.

General Information

• In Melbourne, buses will depart from:
  - The Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street.
  - Flinders Street Station on Flinders Street opposite Degraves Street.
• Clayton passengers please use Metro train replacement services.
• Buses do not pick up at Richmond Station so customers should take a Metro train to Caulfield or Flinders Street Station.
• No checked luggage.
• No pets or bikes allowed on replacement buses.
• Customers needing special assistance please call 1800 800 007 before travelling.
